Service (PaaS), Software as a Services (SaaS), and Function as a Service (FaaS). Let’s delve

• Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)
IaaS providers rent servers, storage, and virtual machines to customers on a pay-as-you-go basis.
IaaS is the most basic category of cloud computing services, and it gives you the maximum level
of control over your IT resources.
• Platform as a Service (PaaS)
In this model, the provider hosts application development platforms and tools on its infrastructure
and makes them available to the customers over the internet. With PaaS, developers can create
apps without worrying about setting up the underlying infrastructure needed for development.
• Software as a Service (SaaS)
SaaS is a software distribution model in which the provider hosts applications and makes them
available to customers over the internet on a subscription basis. The provider also manages the
software and handles maintenance like upgrades and security patching.
• Function as a Service (FaaS)
Here, the provider hosts applications and functions without spending time continually on managing
the underlying infrastructure. FaaS is also known as Serverless Architecture.
